What you will do

• Handle a high volume of calls from individuals and organizations seeking behavioral health services.
• Prioritize cases based on shifting resources and urgency.
• Coordinate with on-call physicians to triage requests and manage clinical documentation.
• Document all requests and encounters accurately within the internal database.
• Perform basic technology troubleshooting for video and phone test calls with providers and consumers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience.
• Prior call center experience (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe products.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of medical or psychiatric terminology (strongly preferred).
