What you will do
- Handle a high volume of calls from individuals and organizations seeking behavioral health services.
- Prioritize cases based on shifting resources and urgency.
- Coordinate with on-call physicians to triage requests and manage clinical documentation.
- Document all requests and encounters accurately within the internal database.
- Perform basic technology troubleshooting for video and phone test calls with providers and consumers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of recent customer service experience.
- Prior call center experience (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe products.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of medical or psychiatric terminology (strongly preferred).
