TL;DR

Member Solutions Representative (Fintech/Healthtech): Providing high-quality support to end-users of financial and healthcare technology products with an accent on empathy, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. Focus on resolving complex inquiries and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: Must be based within a 4-hour drive of the Maitland, FL office. Candidates are required to attend in-person training in Maitland, FL for the first 4-6 weeks.

Compensation: $13.51–$22.98 per hour plus performance bonuses.

Requirements

  • Must reside within a 4-hour drive of Maitland, FL.
  • Must be able to attend 4-6 weeks of in-person training in Maitland, FL.
  • Reliable broadband internet connection (25 Mbps+) with wired router capability.
  • 1-2 years of customer service call center experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Exceptional communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
