Events & Field Marketing Coordinator

Location: Brisbane, California; hybrid workplace with approximately 15–25% travel for trade shows and field events

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

hirify.global Solutions develops connected automated external defibrillator hardware and software designed to improve out-of-hospital cardiac arrest response.

What you will do

• Support logistics and operations for trade shows, conferences, field activations, trainings, and company events.
• Prepare event materials, coordinate printing and production, and manage shipping, tracking, returns, and reconciliation.
• Manage loaner AEDs, CPR manikins, REALConnect fleet assets, and other field and training equipment.
• Maintain equipment readiness through charging, cleaning, maintenance, inspection, replacement, and inventory updates.
• Manage storage and inventory for swag, collateral, booth supplies, apparel, and field activation materials.
• Support event setup, teardown, product demonstrations, customer events, and prospect engagement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, field marketing, logistics, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Brisbane, California, and travel approximately 15–25% for trade shows and field events.

Nice to have

• Experience with trade shows, conferences, field marketing programs, customer events, inventory, shipping, fulfillment, or equipment logistics.
• Experience coordinating vendors, shipments, and event logistics across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Asana and CRM or marketing platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong organization, communication, customer-service, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
