Implementation Manager (SaaS EMR)

Location: Hybrid work from Holmdel, New Jersey, or Fort Lauderdale, Florida; remote candidates may be considered only from other U.S. states. Fully remote hires must complete an in-person interview or face-to-face meeting before their first day.

Base salary: $65,000–$95,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, and implementation deliverables.
• Configure and customize the platform based on customer requirements and business processes.
• Implement third-party integrations and oversee data management, dependencies, and post-implementation support.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitate meetings, and maintain customer relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality assurance and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar implementation role within a SaaS environment.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization, resource management, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience leading moderately complex product configurations and improving implementation processes.
• Knowledge of SaaS products and industry-specific applications; EMR or clinical experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
