Salary: $150,000–$190,000 USD annually, plus an annual performance bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

  • Lead the overall performance, culture, and operations of a manufacturing site with approximately 250 associates, including direct responsibility for 125 associates.
  • Own Environmental, Health, and Safety performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Lead production and training teams while coaching and developing frontline leaders and strengthening succession planning.
  • Ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Execute lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives using standardized performance metrics and data-driven decisions.
  • Develop manufacturing strategies and support capacity planning, process improvements, new product introductions, and production ramp-ups.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading managers and frontline leaders in a production setting.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and sustain high-performing teams.
  • Strong record of achieving production, safety, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related computer systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading multi-process manufacturing operations such as PE, PVC, or extrusion.
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience, including Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Strong change management and communication skills.
