Senior Operations Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: New Brighton, Minnesota, United States of America; onsite

Salary: $128,500–$238,600 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead plant operations for a workforce of more than 100 employees across injection molding and complex assembly.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and operating cost through Lean Management Systems.
• Lead warehouse, inbound materials, outbound shipping, and international shipping operations.
• Build leadership capability by coaching managers and supervisors, strengthening accountability, succession depth, and team performance.
• Own site P&L improvement through disciplined resource management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Represent operations in customer relationships and escalations while translating enterprise priorities into site objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 or more years in a successful operations leadership role or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, analytical problem solving, customer and partner relationships, and strategic planning.
• Understanding of program and project management fundamentals.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required, approximately 10%.
