What you will do

• Lead and coach multiple Operations Work Team Leaders to achieve safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement using Kaizen to eliminate waste and drive the organization toward its ideal state.
• Implement and manage pull systems and one-piece-flow to align production with customer demand (takt time).
• Ensure zero defects and maintain strict compliance with ISO 9000 certification and HMI quality plans.
• Manage site safety programs, implement 5-S principles, and ensure compliance with state and federal legislation.
• Maintain a strong shop floor focus, ensuring team leaders spend 80% of their time in value-added areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/operations management or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of six years successful supervisory experience leading multiple departments in a complex operations environment.
• Proven experience implementing and coaching lean manufacturing principles in multi-shift environments.
• Proficiency in ISO quality systems fundamentals and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and professional communication skills.
• PC literacy, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
