Sr. Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in McBee, South Carolina, United States

Salary: $133,586–$166,810 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own total facility performance and operational metrics for a bottling and distribution facility.
• Lead plant operations from the floor, engaging employees and overseeing daily performance.
• Manage facility P&L and customer satisfaction results.
• Build, coach, and develop a cohesive team of leaders and employees.
• Champion safety, quality, Continuous Excellence, and Total Performance Management initiatives.
• Maintain effective relationships with plant leaders and corporate teams while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, including career progression and cross-functional assignments.
• At least 5 years managing departments and teams of leaders and employees.
• Consumer packaged goods experience required; food or beverage experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehousing, distribution, budgeting, planning, safety, quality, and human resources.
• Experience with Manufacturing Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM, plus strong Microsoft Office and ERP skills including SAP.
