Production Manager

Location: Ridgeville, South Carolina, United States; plant-based production role

What you will do

• Own shift-level production performance across manufacturing lines, including throughput, yield, quality, and incident-rate metrics.
• Lead and develop production supervisors and frontline operators while allocating resources as priorities change.
• Translate production schedules, material plans, and business targets into daily execution plans.
• Resolve operational constraints with maintenance, quality, safety, and supply chain partners.
• Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and equipment.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and quality compliance across plant operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role leading exempt and non-exempt teams.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing workflows and Lean or Six Sigma process improvement.
• Ability to interpret operational, technical, and financial data, identify trends, and diagnose root causes.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
