Writer (Digital Scripted Content)

Location: Remote with a preference for US-based candidates, or in-office at the Burbank / Chatsworth Studios. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

What you will do

• Develop high-impact ideas, expand pitches into story outlines, and write original scripts for digital channels.
• Take concepts through the full creative process: ideation, beat sheet, script, and polish.
• Collaborate with Showrunners, Script Managers, Analytics, and Production teams to refine content.
• Track platform trends, audience behavior, viewer feedback, and effective story formats.
• Build commercially viable content while maintaining the brand voice and focus on moral-driven storytelling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing scripted content for digital platforms.
• Published writing samples or links to published content are required.
• Strong command of pitching creative concepts and outlining scripted stories quickly.
• Deep expertise in YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, vertical microdrama, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, audience retention, and creator-led programming.
• Proven expertise in YA content and comfort writing in screenplay format.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
