Director/Shooter (Video Production)

Location: Onsite at the studio in Burbank, California

What you will do

• Develop shot plans and bring scripts to life through creative direction and hands-on shooting.
• Direct talent on set, coach emotional performances, and keep productions on schedule.
• Operate cameras and oversee composition, framing, and camera movement.
• Edit complete videos, including story cuts, pacing, and emotional progression.
• Apply light color correction, sound design, and basic finishing polish.
• Own the creative process from concept to completion while collaborating with screenwriters, producers, and a small production team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience directing, shooting, and editing narrative or branded video content.
• Strong eye for cinematic visuals and story-driven content.
• Experience working with actors and eliciting strong performances.
• Fast, efficient editing skills with Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and remain focused under pressure.
• Ability to work onsite at the Burbank, California studio.
