Director, Shooter (Video Production)

What you will do

• Bring scripts to life through shot planning, directing, and hands-on shooting.
• Direct talent and coach emotional performances while maintaining the production schedule.
• Operate the camera and oversee composition, framing, and camera movement.
• Edit complete videos, including story structure, pacing, and emotional impact.
• Add light color correction, sound design, and basic finishing polish.
• Own the creative vision from concept to completion while collaborating with screenwriters, producers, and a small production team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience directing, shooting, and editing narrative or branded video content.
• Strong visual eye for cinematic imagery and storytelling.
• Experience working with actors and eliciting strong performances.
• Fast, efficient editing skills using Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven creative environment.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
• Social-first mindset.
