VP, Production

What you will do

• Launch and operate an integrated production model, workflows, and delivery infrastructure for a new client account.
• Lead production across always-on social, premium video, live experiential and events, creator and influencer production, and post-production.
• Manage Production Directors and Producers while building and scaling expert cross-disciplinary production teams.
• Connect UK and German markets and represent EMEA production needs within the global account structure.
• Own production strategy, scoping, resourcing, risk mitigation, operational delivery, and executive issue resolution.
• Partner with client, creative, strategic, and creator/influencer leads on ideas, contracts, platform integrations, sourcing models, and account profitability.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience as a VP, Executive Producer, or Lead Producer managing complex integrated production scopes.
• Experience establishing and operationalising new teams and systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on developing talent and unifying teams.
• Experience connecting regional teams across EMEA; Germany experience is a bonus.
• Experience managing team profitability and operational health, including rate cards, burn tracking, margin optimisation, and vendor negotiations.
• Strategic problem-solving and crisis-management skills in live production environments.
