Pricing Analyst (MedTech)

What you will do

• Manage pricing activities for assigned regional healthcare accounts and support field sales leadership and representatives.
• Coordinate the timely submission of Requests for Pricing and review price files for hospital bids and agreements.
• Coordinate new contract execution and ensure shipping, invoicing, group, and other pricing parameters are correctly entered into the ERP system.
• Prepare pricing and account data analyses, reports, and discrepancy resolutions in collaboration with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Contract Administration, and sales.
• Prepare pricing analyses for executive management review and lead continuous process improvement projects.
• Maintain confidentiality, professional relationships, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant business experience and education.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial, sales, pricing analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and extensive sales database experience.
• Ability to analyze pricing and account data, produce accurate reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent relationship management, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, mathematical aptitude, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including sitting, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and performing specified visual tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical devices.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, R, or Python.
