What you will do

• Develop and maintain NEMT pricing models for new business, renewals, and contract amendments.
• Analyze contract terms to identify financial risks, reimbursement mechanics, and margin impacts.
• Build account-level income statements to monitor actual performance against original pricing assumptions.
• Support RFP pricing by translating operational requirements into detailed financial assumptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate cost drivers and optimize pricing strategies.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on contract profitability and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or healthcare/transportation analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including scenario modeling and complex formulas.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, margin analysis, and contract structures.
• Ability to communicate complex financial findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work onsite in Denver, CO.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Background in NEMT, Medicaid, or managed care environments.
