What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance NEMT pricing models for new business, renewals, repricing events, RFPs, and contract amendments.
• Analyze contract terms, reimbursement mechanics, service obligations, financial risks, profitability, and margin impacts.
• Build account-level and market-level income statement views comparing pricing assumptions with actual performance.
• Translate operational requirements, transportation network needs, provider reimbursement, service levels, technology, and compliance obligations into pricing assumptions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify utilization anomalies, margin leakage, cost drivers, trends, and pricing opportunities.
• Prepare pricing reports, variance analyses, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, data analytics, FP&A, healthcare analytics, managed care analytics, transportation analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, financial modeling, profitability analysis, income statements, margin, cost drivers, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, and model documentation.
• Ability to analyze contract structures and translate commercial, operational, and service-level obligations into financial implications.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, organization, and attention-to-detail skills, including the ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with RFPs, renewals, pricing events, contract repricing, financial modeling, or client proposals.
• Experience in NEMT, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, managed care, healthcare services, transportation, logistics, or provider network operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, data warehouse queries, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Understanding of full-risk, shared-risk, fee-for-service, capitation, administrative fee, and corridor contract arrangements.
