Associate Spine Specialist (Peoria + Bloomington, IL)

Location: Missouri; territory coverage includes Peoria and Bloomington, Illinois, with travel as necessary, including possible nights and weekends.

What you will do

• Support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, field calls, account issues, and inventory management.
• Promote, sell, and service hirify.global spine products and services for existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations while meeting assigned sales goals and objectives.
• Attend surgeries, operating room visits, speaker programs, and formal training to expand product knowledge.
• Develop the customer base, increase product market share, and provide feedback on accounts, products, and market opportunities.
• Follow company quality policies, compliance requirements, and applicable laws and codes of conduct.

Requirements

• One to two years of successful spine sales experience preferred; healthcare-related or business-to-business sales experience may be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Excellent listening, communication, influencing, and sales presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally and performing standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling activities.
