Associate Territory Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas; field-based work across the assigned NW Arkansas / Springfield territory with daily presence in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other medical establishments. Relocation within the Area Director’s area may be required.

At-plan compensation: $95,000 annually, including a $70,000 base salary and commission.

What you will do

• Support sales, account growth, and ongoing utilization of LifeVest and CDx products.
• Persuade physicians and educate, engage, and empower clinical support staff through individual discussions, in-service sessions, exhibits, and conferences.
• Enroll and train customers on the hirify.global Patient Management System.
• Train hospital and office staff to submit complete medical orders and help reduce order exceptions.
• Provide territory coverage during Territory Manager absences or vacancies.
• Analyze territory trends, communicate findings, and achieve assigned sales objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least one year of B2B, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience; or two years of relevant clinical support or cardiology hospital experience; or three years as a Junior Military Officer leading a team, project, or account.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to influence clinical decision-making through sales presentations and discussion of clinical data.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned area at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Ability to drive and travel by train or airplane as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.
