Regional Account Executive (Sport and Fitness) - West Midlands

What you will do

• Build and maintain a regional database of independent and small-chain gyms aligned with regional priorities.
• Identify opportunities, win new gym accounts, and increase hirify.global availability and visibility.
• Develop and execute regional activations with shopper, brand, and field marketing teams.
• Build relationships with gym decision-makers, stakeholders, and contacts across the fitness scene.
• Create a regional fitness strategy that supports the national sports strategy and local market opportunities.
• Manage operating and franchise groups and develop joint business plans to unlock new distribution.

Requirements

• Passion for and experience in the fitness industry, with an understanding of gym venues and their operations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to present compelling commercial stories supported by insight.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
