Construction Manager (Data Centers)

Location: PIT01. Travel is expected to support projects and pursuits across North America, with potential projects in LATAM, South America, and EMEA.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for large, complex ground-up construction, remodel, and renovation projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional work groups across design, procurement, operations, IT/Network, and finance.
• Direct up to 25+ external vendors, including general contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, and equipment suppliers.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, documentation, and internal controls.
• Inspect completed and ongoing work to verify quality, specifications, and schedule compliance.
• Report project status, challenges, successes, and action plans to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects or programs.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, project management processes, and data center design in North America.
• Experience analyzing drawings, specifications, contracts, CPM schedules, cost estimates, proposals, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other industry applications.
• Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, team-building, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
