Real Estate Manager

Salary: $74,961–$164,800 estimated starting compensation range

What you will do

• Lead real estate and workplace projects from planning and site selection through design, construction, relocation, and completion.
• Define project scope with internal stakeholders and manage budgets, schedules, risks, and approvals.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors on projects involving electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, warehouse, laboratory, and data center requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, EHS, Sustainability, Security, Finance, Facilities, and HR.
• Present recommendations and project updates to senior leadership while building consensus across teams.
• Improve real estate portfolio performance through market analysis, lease strategy, negotiations, benchmarking, portfolio reviews, and critical lease-date management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or corporate real estate development and construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Smartsheet, and other scheduling and tracking tools.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu for space planning, plan reviews, quantity takeoffs, and project collaboration.
• Knowledge of RFP development, bid management, vendor negotiations, permitting, building codes, lease and construction contracts, and sustainable building practices.
• Understanding of data centers, laboratories, warehouses, and projects with complex electrical and mechanical requirements.

Nice to have

• PMP, MCRE, LEED, or similar certification.
• OSHA 10/30 certification and strong analytical skills.
