Contract Program Manager (Digital Engineering)

Salary: $177,300–$216,600 per year; range applies to the Virginia area.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day contract activities and program performance across cost, schedule, staffing, risk, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary interface with the government customer, Contracting Officer's Representative, Government Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and Program Executive Offices.
• Lead development and adoption of Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and Digital Twin capabilities.
• Supervise contractor personnel, verify qualifications, assign schedules, and prepare the team for surge requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial, staffing, activity, program review, technical, and other government-requested reports.
• Plan and execute quarterly program reviews and report metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to government leadership.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, management information systems, or a related STEM field, or equivalent expert-level program management experience.
• 10 or more years of program management experience covering cost, schedule, performance, and risk management for DoD, Intelligence Community, engineering, or information technology programs.
• PMP, DAWIA Level III Program Management certification, a similar certification, or demonstrated use of project management tools and techniques.
• Experience with DoD/IC acquisition processes or PPBES, engineering and systems design, analysis, documentation, standards, and guidelines.
• Experience working with government customers and IC/DoD mission partners and leading cross-functional teams.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required. Experience with Digital Engineering and MBSE is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of geospatial intelligence missions and the National System for Geospatial Intelligence.
• Experience with MBSE processes, tools, and languages; cost estimates; Agile and Waterfall methodologies; and validation and verification of engineering deliverables.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI/ML integration.
