Program Manager (Aerospace)

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, manufacturing, contracts, and sales.
• Act as the primary interface for customers, managing relationships and providing program updates.
• Manage program planning, contract review, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
• Use MS Project and LN to monitor schedules and resolve resource constraints.
• Lead Lean Product Development (LPD) activities and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with U.S. defense programs (aerospace platforms, weapons systems).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
