Program Manager (Federal Technology)

Location: Client site in Reston, Virginia; must be local to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and work onsite in customer SCIF environments at least four days per week. Approximately 5% travel within the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region is required.

Salary: $183,760–$308,181 per year.

What you will do

• Lead daily execution and management of a flagship Intelligence Community modernization task order.
• Manage contract deliverables, milestones, reporting, governance, performance controls, and QASP requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule across internal teams, subcontractors, the OEM, and government stakeholders.
• Lead program-level risk, issue, dependency, action, decision, mitigation, and contingency management.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, burn rates, cost performance, and invoicing.
• Provide operational leadership to Workday and other technical and functional workstreams while coordinating customer and subcontractor performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is required; DAWIA Level Three in Program Management may be accepted as an equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex federal technology programs, task orders, or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community and/or Department of Defense programs and managing federal contract requirements.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, program financials, risks, dependencies, corrective actions, invoicing, and subcontractor performance.
• US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance are required, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI access and a CI Polygraph.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale ERP or HCM implementations, preferably Workday.
• Experience with OEM PMOs, QASPs, SLAs, Earned Value Management, cost and schedule analysis, RMF, or ATO processes.
• Familiarity with the Workday implementation lifecycle and methodology.
