Sourcing Manager (Promotional Merchandise)

What you will do

• Source, evaluate, vet, and manage suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and terms, set commercially competitive prices, and protect margins.
• Maintain product quality, inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, catalogs, and lookbooks.
• Place orders, track production schedules, and oversee complex orders involving multiple vendors or custom products.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to streamline global fulfilment.
• Improve procurement and order management workflows, SOPs, and tools while supporting production specialists.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products with suppliers and decorators.
• Experience managing suppliers, decorators, or vendors, including negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and clear communication skills.
• Experience with promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, business acumen, and ability to manage multiple high-volume workstreams.
