Junior Vendor Manager (m/f/d) Multibrands

hirify.global is a Berlin-founded digital e-commerce company operating an online automotive aftermarket platform across 27 European countries.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational and commercial relationships with assigned vendors.
• Support negotiations covering pricing, bonuses, discounts, and SLA performance.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers and SKUs to expand the assortment.
• Monitor supplier compliance and performance against agreed commercial terms.
• Maintain supplier master data, pricing, and commercial conditions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with Logistics, IT, Finance, and Operations on shipment performance, claims, and service-level improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in online business or e-commerce.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of procurement, supplier management, assortment logic, and price positioning.
• Basic negotiation skills and knowledge of pricing, discounts, bonuses, and other commercial terms.
• Professional English at B2 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Professional-level Italian, French, and/or German.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or with auto parts manufacturer brands.
• Knowledge of legal aspects of commercial agreements.
• MBA or similar advanced business qualification.
