Supply Chain Manager

Location: Remote, Taiwan; based in Hsinchu, Taiwan

What you will do

• Develop supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement, supplier selection, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Lead the supply chain team and collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and team management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.
