Project Procurement Manager

Location: Hybrid work in Portugal, Lisboa/Amadora; remote work permitted within Portugal

What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement delivery for assigned projects from bid phase and handover through execution and close-out.
• Develop and execute project procurement plans, schedules, package strategies, and milestone alignment.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract implementation, purchase orders, change control, and supplier performance management.
• Manage RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, evaluate bids with technical stakeholders, and prepare award recommendations.
• Coordinate supplier quality requirements, documentation, certifications, onboarding, qualification, and SAP4 readiness.
• Manage supplier risks, claims, delays, non-conformances, compliance, export controls, sanctions, due diligence, and sustainability requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of procurement experience with engineered products or services in a project environment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• English communication skills are required; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or an equivalent ERP, and analytical tools.
• Experience with project procurement, RFx, expediting, supplier quality, Incoterms, logistics, contract risks, claims, variations, and change management.

• International sourcing experience.
• Experience in service or project business environments and digitalization or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Additional European language skills.
