What you will do
- Process a high volume of customer orders with increasing range and complexity.
- Deliver customer purchases on time through license key generation.
- Maintain transaction accuracy, efficiency, quality, and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve order issues.
- Escalate order-related questions to Senior or Lead Processors.
- Support additional Global Revenue Operations projects and tasks.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, data entry, or order management.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete work accurately and efficiently.
- Flexibility to adjust the work schedule when required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SFDC, NetSuite, or other CRM applications.
