What you will do

• Process customer orders in Salesforce following signature and validation.
• Create and deliver order confirmations while verifying agreed terms.
• Manage access rights and resolve technical issues related to application access.
• Configure and activate interface setups and customer contracts.
• Implement price changes, manage price groups, and process cancellations.
• Support customer migrations and verify data integrity in test environments.

Requirements

• University degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management, Data Entry, or Customer Service.
• Fluent German and English (min. B2/C1) required.
• Knowledge of German billing and taxation regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
