Service Admin

TL;DR

Service Admin (Administration): Coordinating repair and maintenance activities and managing service requests with an accent on communication between customers, the Call Center, and the Sales team. Focus on tracking job progress, managing spare parts, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation.

Location: Onsite in Bangkok, Thailand (Rama 9)

What you will do

• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities, managing service requests from Call Centers and customers.
• Manage spare parts procurement and track service job progress to ensure timely closure.
• Handle equipment installation, withdrawal, and refurbishment activities.
• Provide sales support via CRM data entry and report extraction.
• Maintain organized service files and update repair statuses in the system.
• Participate in a rotating standby schedule for urgent after-hours and weekend requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in service coordination or administration (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to work a rotating standby schedule including weekends.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
