Program Manager - Professional Services Saudi Arabia (Cybersecurity): Delivering medium-complexity IT security projects from initiation through completion with an accent on scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder coordination, and revenue forecasting. Focus on building project plans, managing virtual and outsourced resources, controlling risks and changes, and ensuring technically sound, profitable implementations.
Location: Hybrid in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

What you will do
- Manage medium-complexity professional services projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and negotiate Statements of Work, work breakdown structures, project schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate virtual teams across customers, sales, professional services, technical support, operations, order management, and outsourced project resources.
- Manage project resources, scope changes, schedules, costs, risks, escalations, and stakeholder relationships.
- Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization while supporting revenue recognition, invoicing, receivables, and completion of legal documents.
- Apply ’s project methodology, facilitate customer and team meetings, and communicate sensitive information effectively.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar program or project management position.
- Technical understanding of cybersecurity and networking projects.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with global enterprises, MSSPs, carriers, and government customers.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
