Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity IT security projects, ensuring they are completed on time and according to the negotiated scope.
• Develop and negotiate Scope of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate virtual teams comprising customers, sales, professional services, and technical support for seamless execution.
• Manage project financials, including revenue recognition, accurate invoicing, and profitability forecasting.
• Perform proactive risk management and handle escalations across all internal and external levels.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and enforce hirify.global's methodology and project standards.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in a similar program or project management position.
• Strong technical understanding of security and networking projects.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid).
• Experience working with global enterprises, MSSPs, carriers, and governmental customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or equivalent work-related experience.
• Exceptional negotiation, oral communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• PMP and/or PRINCE II certification.
