Senior Program Manager – Critical Infrastructure & Network Communications

What you will do

• Lead planning, design, build, testing, and deployment of cellular/LTE/5G, WAN/backhaul, cloud interconnect, and IoT network communications across multiple releases.
• Manage program scope, schedules, financials, dependencies, quality, performance, and security requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks to keep milestones on the critical path.
• Facilitate architecture evaluations and provide data-driven recommendations on wireless technologies, deployment approaches, and vendors.
• Govern requirements and vendor performance, including deliverables, contracts, reviews, escalations, and partner accountability.
• Coordinate Wireless Engineering, Field Operations, Cybersecurity, IT, Supply Management, system integrators, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project or program management experience in data/network services, 3GPP-based wireless, or critical infrastructure delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Mesh, Field Area Networks, cellular communications, 3GPP standards, WAN/backhaul, and IoT communications.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple system integrators and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and architectural topics clearly to engineering and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier 1 wireless carriers or large-scale industrial cellular deployments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements for wireless telecommunications and industrial or grid infrastructure.
• Experience with RFI/RFP vendor evaluations and contract negotiation.
