What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of network communications components, including Cellular/LTE/5G, WAN/Backhaul, and Cloud Interconnects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through build, test, and final deployment.
• Drive program velocity by managing scope, schedules, and financials while tracking dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate complex technical evaluations and provide executive-level recommendations on wireless technologies and vendor selection.
• Manage vendor performance and contract alignment through governance reviews and escalation forums.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Wireless Engineering, Field Operations, Cybersecurity, IT, and Supply Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience in data/network services, 3GPP-based wireless, or critical infrastructure.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in the USA (Rosemead, CA area).
• Deep technical knowledge of Mesh, Field Area Networks (FAN), Cellular (3GPP standards), WAN/Backhaul, and IoT communications.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale programs with multiple system integrators and external vendors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Tier 1 wireless carriers or industrial cellular deployments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements for wireless telecommunications and grid infrastructure.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiation.
