Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Program Manager, ANS

Location: Raleigh, NC, United States. Hybrid work includes remote work, onsite work at a client, and work in an hirify.global office or center, with some in-person collaboration required.

What you will do

• Advise clients and build relationships while solving complex project and business challenges.
• Support business development through industry expertise, thought leadership, proposals, and industry events.
• Act as an Owner’s Representative across capital project planning, execution, closeout, and handover.
• Lead project planning and delivery in line with client objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Develop program tools, processes, and initiatives that improve operational performance and client outcomes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and client teams while managing risks, resources, metrics, and executive communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of data center industry experience with strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
• 15+ years of progressive professional experience.
• Functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital projects.
• Experience in project delivery.

Nice to have

• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand contract documents, plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and capital projects platforms.
