Accounts Payable Specialist

What you will do

• Review and process high volumes of invoices for vendors across multiple sites in accordance with company policies.
• Enter accounts payable data and maintain accurate documentation in a paperless environment.
• Investigate and reconcile invoice discrepancies with purchasing, receiving, finance, and other internal teams.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related questions.
• Review vendor statements, identify missing invoices, and keep accounts accurate and up to date.
• Assist with inbound mail and other accounts payable administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience processing high-volume accounts payable invoices in a medium- to large-sized organization.
• Experience using an ERP or SAP system.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal partners in a fast-paced environment.
