Project Manager – Business Applications (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL or Waltham, MA, United States

Salary: USD 80,000–120,000 annual base salary for the Massachusetts location

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of enterprise IT application projects.
• Manage Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, data migrations, and platform upgrades.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk plans, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, architects, QA resources, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, stakeholder communications, UAT, deployment planning, training, and change management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT application initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing timelines, scope, risks, resources, and software development lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.

Nice to have

• Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or related solutions.
• Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, middleware, or other enterprise integration platforms.
