Workstation Technician DC (Desktop Support)

Location: Wilmington, Ohio, United States; onsite role with scheduled hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Salary: $22.60–$28.36 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve Tier 1 desktop, hardware, and software issues across the facility.
• Provide immediate technical support for distribution and fulfillment operations, including printer and system incidents.
• Install, test, and configure desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, wearable devices, and video conferencing equipment.
• Maintain desktop software images and the central inventory database for computers and peripherals.
• Train end users and staff on new equipment, techniques, and issue resolutions.
• Document workstation processes and create software and hardware installation procedures.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Tier 1 desktop computer repair, configuration, and networking.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and presentation creation.
• Customer-oriented communication skills with the ability to identify root causes and prioritize requests.
• Adaptability, discretion, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn with minimal direction.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
