What you will do

• Manage the helpdesk queue and walk-up requests, resolving most technical issues independently.
• Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and basic network connectivity for end users.
• Provision, deprovision, and maintain workstations, ensuring new hires are ready on day one.
• Build and maintain an audit-ready inventory of all IT equipment in the office.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conference room and open-office AV equipment.
• Manage daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role (entry-level candidates with a passion for tech are welcome).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and basic networking issues.
• Must be based in Austin, TX for full-time onsite work (Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm).
• Ability to communicate technical problems clearly to non-technical users.
• High level of reliability and attention to detail regarding documentation and inventory.
