What you will do
- Implement, maintain, and repair desktop devices, peripherals, telephone systems, network devices, and specialized equipment.
- Perform IMAC activities (installs, moves, adds, and changes) for workstations and related IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows-based workstations and associated platforms.
- Communicate clearly with end-users to ensure technical needs are met with urgency and professionalism.
- Support a flexible schedule that may include local travel, weekend shifts, and after-hours coverage.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in relevant IT technical support.
- U.S. work authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship).
- Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments.
- Foundational understanding of network and server systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screen.
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Experience supporting airline or transportation infrastructure.
- Ability to apply technical processes to complex business requirements.
