TL;DR

What you will do

  • Implement, maintain, and repair desktop devices, peripherals, telephone systems, network devices, and specialized equipment.
  • Perform IMAC activities (installs, moves, adds, and changes) for workstations and related IT infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows-based workstations and associated platforms.
  • Communicate clearly with end-users to ensure technical needs are met with urgency and professionalism.
  • Support a flexible schedule that may include local travel, weekend shifts, and after-hours coverage.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in relevant IT technical support.
  • U.S. work authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments.
  • Foundational understanding of network and server systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screen.

Nice to have

  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Experience supporting airline or transportation infrastructure.
  • Ability to apply technical processes to complex business requirements.
