Information Systems Engineer 2

Location: Onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $72,277–$120,126 per annum, plus potential incentive or variable compensation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Provide onsite IT support for employees, manufacturing teams, and production operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, applications, laptops, and endpoint devices.
• Install, configure, image, deploy, repair, and replace components in laptops and other hardware.
• Manage incidents from investigation through resolution while maintaining SLA compliance and accurate ticket updates.
• Support printers, barcode printers, scanners, conference room audio/video systems, Microsoft Teams phones, file and print services, and business applications.
• Manage Active Directory device tasks, password resets, account unlocks, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in desktop support or end-user IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and Microsoft Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Active Directory, and laptop deployment processes.
• Experience repairing laptop hardware and replacing components.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, prioritization, and independent work skills.
