What you will do

• Oversee the build, configuration, and installation of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Manage the end-to-end movement of assets, including receiving shipments and processing returns.
• Maintain meticulous inventory records to ensure physical hardware matches internal databases.
• Serve as a technical point of escalation for PC support specialists.
• Contribute to the development of IT policies and hardware standards.
• Provide data-driven recommendations regarding hardware selection and replacement cycles.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a computer-science-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of full-time professional IT experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including regular lifting of 40+ pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator certification.
