Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid work with a work-from-home option

Salary: €3.5K–€4.5K per month

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with Terraform alongside senior engineers.
• Build and maintain secure CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Operate and improve Kubernetes environments on Amazon EKS and support containerized microservices.
• Set up and tune observability using Datadog, Prometheus, and related monitoring tools.
• Participate in incident response and improve infrastructure reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product colleagues on infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS or strong self-directed learning in cloud platforms.
• Basic experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Foundational knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, with an interest in orchestration and microservices.
• Ability to write basic Python or similar scripts for automation.
• Curious, collaborative approach with openness to feedback and a willingness to grow ownership.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
