ILS2: Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Specialist (Contingency Hire)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, United States

Salary: $96,000–$144,300 per year for Hawaii applicants. This position is contingent upon contract award.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule for ILS2 Task Order execution.
• Collect, integrate, validate, and update schedule data across logistics, planning, sustainment, contingency operations, and other program functions.
• Identify dependencies, critical paths, milestones, schedule risks, resource conflicts, and potential delays.
• Monitor schedule performance and progress against program timelines, objectives, and performance metrics.
• Provide schedule updates, analyses, reports, and status information to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Integrate startup, execution, transition, and turnover activities into the schedule while maintaining auditable documentation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules in complex program or operational environments.
• Knowledge of project scheduling principles, critical-path methodologies, schedule analysis, and lifecycle planning.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DoD, USINDOPACOM, logistics, sustainment, contingency, or operational support programs.
• Experience with transition planning, program mobilization, or large-scale operational efforts.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management, performance measurement, and project reporting.
• Experience integrating schedules across multiple projects, workstreams, or geographically dispersed teams.
• PMP, Planning and Scheduling Professional, or similar certification.
