What you will do

• Create, maintain, and present Primavera project schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and cross-organizational departments to keep schedules accurate and complete.
• Review schedule logic, identify missing or incorrect activities, and promote effective use of schedules for EPC project management.
• Perform time impact analysis and support schedule narratives, official correspondence, and change order management.
• Maintain delays and change orders in the schedule and generate monthly schedule reporting metrics.
• Review contracts for milestones and document project events affecting schedule, scope, and project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of planning and scheduling experience in an industrial environment.
• Advanced experience with Primavera P6, critical path scheduling, and scheduling best practices.
• Knowledge of EPC project delivery and project controls, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, and business development.
• Knowledge of high-voltage substations and strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
