Senior Scheduler (Construction)

Location: Charleston, South Carolina, United States; 5 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project deliverables through a Work Breakdown Structure.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key project partners.
• Align schedules with the project execution plan, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with quantitative risk assessment and communicating findings to key partners.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Working experience with Primavera P6.
• Availability to work on-site five days per week in Charleston, South Carolina.
