Senior Compliance Manager (AI Governance)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and strategically manage IT controls and compliance frameworks for an international organization.
• Own AI Governance frameworks, including NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, and ISO 42001.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Sales to embed regulatory requirements into product roadmaps, development processes, and customer-facing positions.
• Represent compliance in enterprise sales cycles and lead regulatory, AI governance, security, and compliance discussions with clients and prospects.
• Coordinate customer and third-party attestations, third-party risk assessments, assurance programs, policies, and risk mitigation reporting.
• Develop an AI-native compliance operating model using AI, agents, and automation for monitoring, control testing, evidence gathering, risk assessments, questionnaires, and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience implementing compliance programs in an international environment.
• Practical experience or strong working knowledge of AI Governance frameworks and experience with enterprise sales or customer-facing compliance discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in IT Security, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or Information Security is preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Experience with GRC tools, security and privacy frameworks, third-party risk, outsourcing and banking regulations, Secure SDLC, and SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure and modern security tooling; experience managing functionally rather than hierarchically.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Open Banking and PSD2.
• Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or IAPP AIGP, or willingness to obtain them.
