What you will do

• Develop and maintain 12-month supply plans aligned with global net requirements.
• Lead the supply planning portion of S&OP to align demand forecasts with production and inventory plans.
• Analyze production schedules to identify risks and establish countermeasures for plan misses.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure raw material availability and capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply planning efficiency.
• Provide performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management in a regulated environment.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
