Director, Delivery Operations Solutions (Pharmaceutical Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead demand management, order fulfillment, distribution, VaxServe coordination, and operational readiness for the vaccine portfolio.
• Design and implement customer inventory management, returns processing, supply chain integration, and delivery solutions.
• Coordinate planning, testing, order optimization, product allocation, and shipping processes across hirify.global and VaxServe.
• Build partnerships with immunization organizations, health systems, distributors, and other customers to develop differentiated operational solutions.
• Define delivery metrics and maintain scorecards covering forecasts, buffers, service performance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional communication and serve as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and external partners.

Requirements

• BS/BA or another advanced degree.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, demand planning, business operations, or commercial operations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing operational projects.
• Experience with order fulfillment, product allocation, inventory management, distribution processes, distributors, third-party logistics providers, and customer delivery solutions.
• Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in vaccines, pharmaceuticals, biologics, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience with health systems, GPOs, distributors, integrated delivery networks, and customer supply chain integrations.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced project and program management, data analytics, financial acumen, and operational performance management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, relationship management, and partnership development capabilities.
