Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core banking products, including deposit accounts, money movement, cards, and program infrastructure.
• Lead the end-to-end experience for account opening, funding, deposits, ACH, wires, transfers, bill pay, and card transactions.
• Translate customer research, usage data, and cohort analysis into product priorities, success metrics, and operating plans.
• Write clear specifications and partner with Engineering and Design to ship reliable, secure features on a predictable cadence.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, InfoSec, Operations, Finance, Growth, Marketing, banking partners, and third-party vendors.
• Track activation, engagement, retention, multi-product adoption, reliability, and other product metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience with complex, technical, or platform products.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, payments, money movement, cards, deposits, or related financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of banking products, payment rails, ledgers, cards, partner-bank relationships, and program infrastructure.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design, writing specifications, and delivering high-quality software.
• Strong analytical skills, including product metrics, cohort analysis, and data-informed prioritization.
• Experience working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal in regulated environments, with a focus on security, trust, and reliability.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree or relevant technical background is preferred.
