Location: San Francisco, United States. Hybrid work with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote placement is not considered. Primarily Pacific Time, with flexibility across time zones when necessary. Relocation is offered based on the actual job level.
Base salary: $187,000β$215,000 annually, plus potential equity and annual bonus.

What you will do
- Own the most complex and cross-cutting problems across the personal loans portfolio, from acquisition and application through decisioning, offers, and funding.
- Drive funnel conversion and customer-experience improvements using data-driven insights, customer research, and experimentation.
- Frame new strategic opportunities by synthesizing market signals, customer evidence, and business performance.
- Build and manage an evidence-based product backlog and roadmap, communicating strategy, tradeoffs, and investment rationale.
- Write problem statements, PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while coordinating portfolio planning, dependencies, and launches.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and senior business stakeholders; use emerging AI solutions and modern AI tools in product work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in regulated consumer fintech environments and ownership of high-traffic digital products with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with continuous product discovery, customer research, problem validation, evidence-based prioritization, and experimentation strategy.
- Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs and working closely with data.
- Ability to articulate strategy, frame tradeoffs, and influence senior technical, business, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
