Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid

What you will do

• Own the DDA application, signup, account-opening, onboarding, and first-90-day activation funnel.
• Lead the end-to-end invoice experience, including creation, scheduling, PDF generation, customization, reminders, disputes, payment collection, and reconciliation.
• Own integrations with revenue, accounting, payroll, and business tools such as Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, Slack, and Zapier.
• Define hirify.global’s API and AI integration strategy, including external AI assistants, agentic financial workflows, automated categorization, and AI-assisted invoice creation.
• Design and scale experimentation across onboarding, invoice tooling, and integration adoption using clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and A/B testing.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ship scalable platform improvements and meet financial services standards.

Requirements

• Track record of owning and shipping platform, tooling, integration, fintech, financial services, or SMB-focused products.
• Deep understanding of SMB financial workflows, including invoicing, accounting, payments, cash flow, and business software ecosystems.
• Experience with customer discovery, qualitative and quantitative analysis, prioritization, funnel instrumentation, and experiment evaluation.
• Technical fluency with APIs and integration architecture, including the ability to write clear product specifications and make informed tradeoffs.
• Practical experience using AI tools in product work and sound judgment around AI value, risk, privacy, and regulation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal in regulated environments is required.
