Site Manager, Dashmart (Logistics)

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States; on-site warehouse leadership with late-night and weekend availability required

Salary: $64,800–$95,300 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage a 5,000–15,000 sq. ft. DashMart distribution center and its day-to-day operations.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates while building a safe, productive workplace culture.
• Own scheduling, labor budgeting, shift coverage, and site-level operational metrics across a 24/7 business.
• Maintain order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and overall customer experience in partnership with inventory and training teams.
• Use operational data to identify inefficiencies and deliver process improvement projects.
• Oversee light-prep kitchen operations at locations where food preparation is required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations.
• Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees and delivering measurable results.
• Availability to support a 24/7 operation, including some late-night and weekend work.
• Experience analyzing operational data in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
• College degree or relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work effectively in rapidly changing and ambiguous environments.
